Ask an administrator to confirm your facility access in team settings.

I cannot find a grievance

Check filters, date range, status, and facility selection. Resolved records may be hidden depending on your current filters.

I cannot resolve a grievance

Confirm the grievance has enough follow-up and that your role allows resolution actions.

My report is still generating

Large reports and reports with attachments can take longer. Refresh the Reports page or wait for the ready notification. Confirm the facility link is current and that the facility is active.

I entered a complaint in the wrong facility

Open the grievance and confirm whether your role allows editing facility assignment. If not, contact an administrator before duplicating the record.
