Invite a teammate
- Open Team.
- Select Invite member.
- Enter the person’s email address.
- Choose their role and access.
- Send the invite.
Update access
Use team settings to adjust facility access or role permissions when responsibilities change. Review access when a user changes role, moves facilities, leaves the organization, or no longer needs grievance log visibility.Access troubleshooting
If a user cannot see the right grievances, confirm:- They are in the correct organization.
- They have access to the correct facility.
- Their role allows the action they are trying to take.
