Team access controls who can see and manage information in Grievly. Use the narrowest access that still lets each person do their job.

Invite a teammate

  1. Open Team.
  2. Select Invite member.
  3. Enter the person’s email address.
  4. Choose their role and access.
  5. Send the invite.

Update access

Use team settings to adjust facility access or role permissions when responsibilities change. Review access when a user changes role, moves facilities, leaves the organization, or no longer needs grievance log visibility.

Access troubleshooting

If a user cannot see the right grievances, confirm:
  • They are in the correct organization.
  • They have access to the correct facility.
  • Their role allows the action they are trying to take.
