  1. Go to app.grievly.ai.
  2. Sign in with your account.
  3. If you belong to more than one organization, choose the organization you want to work in.

Choose the right workspace

If you support more than one organization or management group, confirm the active organization before creating or editing grievances. This keeps facility records, reports, and team access scoped to the correct account.

If you cannot access the app

Contact your organization administrator and confirm:
  • Your invitation was sent to the correct email address.
  • You accepted the invitation.
  • You were added to the correct organization.
  • Your role has access to the facility or facilities you need.
